Women begin to experience, before age 40, what is termed early menopause as evidenced by early menopause symptoms. When encountering this abnormality, a woman should see a doctor for menopause help.
The normal menopausal age of a woman starts at 51. At this age, she undergoes major changes in her system, such as lack of menses, or the monthly periods she used to have every 28 to 30 days. This means that her ovaries have stopped producing eggs, the counter part of a man’s sperm in the production of new human life.
The occurrence of early menopause symptoms in a woman may be due to the early failure of the ovaries in egg production, or caused by the surgical removal of her ovaries. In addition, chemotherapy treatment could also be a cause.
Some of the early menopause symptoms a woman unexpectedly gets are the following:
1. hot flushes and night sweats
2. aches and pains
3. vaginal dryness
4. constant headaches
5. tiredness and irritability
6. reduced libido or appetite for sex
7. itching or crawling sensations under the skin
8. sleeping difficulty and depression
9. frequency of urination
10. forgetfulness and lack of self-esteem
A woman with early menopause symptoms needs support from friends and loved ones. When she seeks menopause help from her partner, she deserves their attention as this can be a trying experience.
Hopefully, you won’t have to endure early menopause symptoms and not need menopause help prematurely.
